It is only a couple of weeks old, and already seeing some decent traffic. Payment is set up via adsense, and each author inputs their adsense ID into their profile.Each authors respective adsense is then injected into their posts. Clicks from those ads are paid directly to the post author via adsense. At least a couple of articles each week from you would be great, but you can write as many as you want.
